In the book “Beyond a reasonable doubt” by Rabbi Shmuel Woldman p. 225 it says as follows:

“An amazing phenomenon has recently been discovered. The flow of blood to the head in kosher animals (called ruminants) is physiologically different from the flow of blood to the head in non-kosher animals – and only kosher animals – immeadiately stops the blood flow to the brain, causing instant death.”

Is that true?

Dear Dan,

We are deeply sorry to inform you that the statement in question is pure fiction intended for the uneducated reader. It does not merit a serious discussion, being a totally groundless claim. In this fashion, today’s apologist rabbis mislead the gullible to lure them into the bosom of religion. We have amassed an entire collection of such statements. Be on your guard!

With our best wishes,
