שאלות ותשובותCategory: Daat EmetI do not understand your conclusion

I read your pamphlets but all that study does not lead up to a final conclusion. What, in the end, do you want to say? I understood that the Torah is not in the Heavens, I understood there is disagreement, that things are not clear, etc. But what do you conclude from all this? Maybe you, too, don’t know.

Dear Avi,

You understood correctly. The religious text is not Divine, it is human, and thus it should be read and analyzed.

The Jewish religion has created a legal system based on racial purity. The Jewish nation is the chosen nation and the other humans and all other creatures were created to serve them. Anyone who desires human equality and freedom must gird his loins and fight against the Orthodox worldview.

Sincerely,

Daat Emet

Dear Moshe,

From your words it seems you agree that the Jewish people is the Chosen People, and from that do laws which discriminate against the gentiles stem.

But you claim that Jewish racism is a burden and not an honor.

In other words, you say the Jewish people are both racist and suffering.

Sincerely,

Daat Emet
