Why do you suppose universities hide this? Isn’t all your information about that papyrus from the researchers in the universities? We would suggest you ask your question of papyri researchers (papyrologists) at the universities.

In addition, from your words it seems that you confuse historical research and theological debate. The historical research focuses on whether the people of Israel were or were not in Egypt, did they emigrate or were they expelled from Egypt? These are historical questions which have nothing to do with the belief that G-d gave the Torah or anything else.
